Cancellation Policy
All booking requests are subject to approval and are not confirmed until a consultation has been completed.
After submitting your request, you’ll receive a text message for a quick consultation. Please be prepared to provide:
• A current photo of your hair
• Inspiration photos
• Brief hair history
Booking requests may be declined if I’m unable to reach you or receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your total on the day of service, except for event and party packages.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as for missed appointments (no-shows). Clients who no-show may also be charged up to 20% of the scheduled service total in accordance with the salon’s cancellation policy.
